The Scofield Farms community is conveniently located. Residents can live in a newer home and a desirable neighborood with a great Pflugerville schools and still be within 15 mintues of everything Austin has to offer.  Major employers including Dell, IBM, Samsung, Austin Diagnostic Center, UT Balcones Research Center, National Instruments, and Time Warner are also within a 10 minute commute. 

Scofield Farms has great neighborhood amenities, such as two olympic size pools and playground. There is also a walking trail and greenbelt park right in the middle of the neighborhood with a sand volleyball court and creek. 

Scofield is an involved community that hosts many activities to bring the neighborhood together. There is a neighborhood garage sale in the spring and fall, as well as an Easter Egg Hunt, Jazz in the Park, 4th of July Parade, National Night Out, Ice Cream Social, and Halloween and Christmas Parties. There is an active board with four board members as well as committee chairs.
