Scofield Farms is separated into 2 different sections, which have different Homeowners’ Associations and management companies. Scofield Farms and the Park at Scofield Farms make up one section and the Ridge at Scofield Farms is in the other section. Though the first section is the original section of Scofield, many homeowners like it because it has more mature trees, landscape and the greenbelt. Other homeowners like the newest section, the Ridge at Scofield, because of the newer homes and amenities.
Scofield Farms homes are serviced by the acclaimed Pflugerville ISD with Palmer Lane Elementary, Westview Middle and Connally High School all positioned within a couple miles of the neighborhood. You will also find plenty to do in the area with an HEB grocery store and retail center less than a mile away and multiple commercial shopping centers only minutes away.
Scofield Farms has super easy access to IH-35 with a downtown commute of about 15 minutes on average. It is also convenient to SH-45 Toll Roads and Austin’s newest transportation system, the Capital Metro Transit (train). So anywhere you want to go in town is just a few minutes away.
